A: The “scientific method” that has long ago been generally accepted as the prime way of conducting any kind of a research is traditionally presented in the first chapter of science textbooks. There it is highlighted to be a simple, linear, five- or six-step procedure for performing scientific investigations. Although the Scientific Method captures the core logic of science (testing ideas with evidence), it misrepresents many other aspects of the true process of science — the dynamic, nonlinear, and creative ways in which science is actually done. In fact, the Scientific Method more accurately describes how science is summarized after the fact — in textbooks and journal articles — than how scientific research is actually performed.


A: Scientists often seem tentative about their own explanations because of an enormous amount of nuances that rule the world of science and research. They know that those explanations could change if new evidence or perspectives come to light. When scientists correspond their ideas through the medium of journal articles, they are expected to carefully analyze the evidence for and against their ideas and to be explicit about alternative explanations for what they are observing. Due to the fact that they are trained to do this for their scientific writing, scientists often do the same thing when talking to the press or a broader audience about their ideas. However, this never means that once one of our scientific facilities finishes and evaluates any specific research, the results are wishy-washy. They are as accurate, as any other professional research lab in the world could get that same kind of an information.


A: Well, firstly we’re definitely one of the oldest science research facilities in the state and the US, operating and conducting our projects since 1946. Secondly, the overall qualification that all of our team members exhibit allows us to be sure of every single test we conduct. And thirdly, due to our long history and numerous orders that we receive all the time, we were able to equip our labs with the latest cutting-edge tools ever imaginable. Altogether, this ensures that we’re the ultimate nationwide destination for any kind of a research.
